Digital transformation – how does scaling work?

At the second working meeting of this year’s Cross-Industry Group “Digital Transformation” the INC members 3M, thyssenkrupp, Grünenthal, REHAU, and ROSEN met to discuss how the digital transformation can be shaped beyond the first pilot projects. Another guest at 3M was Lufthansa Technik, whose perspective greatly enriched the mutual exchange.
