In order to remain competitive in the long term, manufacturing companies must develop new business models and products. Radical and disruptive innovations in particular can help to address new customer segments and contribute to the long-term success of the company. The changed framework conditions resulting from this make it necessary to rethink the innovation process.<\/p>\n<p>Against this background, the Fraunhofer IPT and an industry consortium are carrying out a benchmarking on the topic of \u00bbAgile Invention\u00ab. The aim of this international study is to identify successful and proven solutions in the field of innovation and technology management and to benefit from them.
