INC Invention Center Recruiting Event, 21st February 2019
People are the key – a company can only thrive with the right people and achieve its goals.
For the first time, we hosted the ‘Recruiting Event’ for the members of the INC community. Through our exclusive access to the RWTH Aachen Campus and the nearby institutes, we have the opportunity to match our INC Community members’ requirements and search profiles with high potentials of the future. In cooperation between the INC Invention Center and the Karrierepool of RWTH Aachen University, we welcomed excellent students, doctoral candidates and our members to network with each other.
Well-known INC members such as 3M, Viega, Hilti, Daimler, Voss, and ThyssenKrupp offered our participants during their short company pitches a brief insight into the relevant innovation topics as well as career opportunities. At various company booths within the arranged trade fair area, the candidates were able to get detailed information from the companies, have interesting conversations and the possibility to build business contacts.
