– Interdisciplinary cooperation promotes the reduction of silo mentality
Silo mentality represents one of the central obstacles in the innovation process. Companies that have successfully anchored an open innovation culture place regular innovations on the market. To this end, employees must be actively encouraged to distribute their knowledge across departmental boundaries within the company and thus exploit synergy potential.
