Inspired by fresh ideas and approaches to modern technology and innovation management (TIM), the INC members met after a successful TIM conference for the annual meeting in 2018. Eight charismatic speakers offered the audience a wide range of gripping lectures on the topic of “agile development” on two conference days. In addition, four experts reported on their industrial practice in two parallel sessions and answered the participants’ individual questions.
During the INC annual meeting, a total of ten exciting cross-industry groups and consortium projects were presented and offered for a majority vote. Particularly those formats that provide answers to the questions of which innovation paths promise success and where the opportunities and risks of innovation labs and start-up cooperations lie aroused great interest among the INC members. In addition, it is already clear today that answers to the question of how digital transformation can succeed will be worked out next year.
